“The only thing I like better than talking about food is eating.”

~ John Walters

A delicious combination of sweet and spicy that never disappoints. Dijon mustard and dark brown sugar combine as a lovely pairing to enhance an already flavorful fish. It is absolutely delicious!

Salmon is one of my favorite go-to fish. It is already tasty by itself and it being healthy is an additional plus; so adding a glaze on top is just the cherry on top. Because salmon is delicious on its own, having a rich taste, finding spice blends for seasonings and glazes can be tricky. You don’t want to underwhelm or hide the flavor of the fish. Creating a complimenting concoction is key.

This glazed salmon is a balance of two complementary strong flavors. Dark brown sugar brings a bold sweetness while dijon mustard gives an added zest. Minced garlic brings the glaze together with a savory taste. Brown sugar glazed and mustard salmon can be enjoyed any time of the year.

A brown sugar and mustard glazed salmon is one of my favorites anytime of the year but particularly for fall. . . . . . #easysalmonrecipes #salmonrecipe #salmondinner #fallfish #homechef #homecook #cookingathome
